Who I Am and What Do I Do?
Hello, I am Bunty. I am a passionate healer with a gentle approach and am dedicated to helping my patients process their emotions through a range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.

In 2013, I went to India for the first time to teach English. It was then that I discovered the world of Ayurveda and was immersed in treatments during my time there. I very quickly became aware of the wondrous extent of alternative therapies available and this was what inspired me to learn more.
Until Covid, I returned to India every year and was therefore able to experience many more of the Ayurvedic treatments, including a 'panchakarma' Ayurvedic cleanse. According to Ayurveda our emotional turmoil stored within us can accumulate 'karma', which is just as harmful to our health and well-being as a poor diet. What many of us don’t realise is that ''trauma is not only the bad things that have happened to us, but also what didn’t happen in our childhood that should have''.

​Thanks to my studies, I am now able to help support those in need of stress relief, trauma relief (emotional or physical), relaxation, rejuvenation and rebalancing to find greater harmony in everyday life.
